One of the pyro supply sources is now offering Iron Copper Alloy -60 mesh 60/40 powder for sale. Has anyone used any of this?? Did it provide a blue effect due to the copper present?

I have not, but it's not likely to produce more than a slightly 'bluish' tinge to the predominant iron orange.

Think it's one of those cases where the supplier has no idea what properties it might have in fireworking, but it's like, well, we got some, try it & see what it does?

I emailed the supplier in question at the time this thread was started asking if they knew of any uses for it or why they started carrying it in the first place. I never heard back.
I already have too many experiments going on to try this one out too but if anyone else has the time please post some results!

I emailed them too and they didn't respond. I think "it's one of those cases where the supplier has no idea what properties it might have in fireworking" is correct.
